Hello Star families! It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2020-2021 ELP school year. My name is Ms. Hilda Serrano and I am absolutely excited to see what this year has in store for us. I am currently a Fresno State student pursuing a career in education. Working with kids has made my passion for education much stronger which is why I can’t wait to see how much your students and the ELP family will grow as a whole.
